Anger is a thing that diminishes human knowledge

Anger is something that will drag you down the road to success. Even your happy family will bring unrest. Moreover, anger destroys our personality. So we have to control this anger. Otherwise we will sink into the abyss of decay day by day.
Anger is a thing that diminishes human knowledge. Because it is narrated in Hadith Sharif - الغضب ياكل العقل meaning (anger eats away human knowledge). So do you also want anger to eat your knowledge? You will notice that most of the people who are always angry are ignorant. At one point, they lost their temper.
If there is a disagreement on any one issue, there are some people who will try to explain it to you with documents and arguments. They are indeed wise.
Again there are some people who will get angry at not being able to solve the problem by presenting documents and arguments. At some point he will scold you but he will not admit his mistake. They are the people whose knowledge has been eaten up by 'anger'. They are a bunch of idiots. He will try to verify the words of the one who is angry without reference. Therefore, it is foolish to argue with them about anything.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) gave us good instructions to control anger - if anger suddenly arises, sit down. Even then, if the anger does not subside, lie down. Even then, if you fail to control your anger, perform ablution and perform two rak'ats of nafl prayers. Inshallah the anger will go away.
An example of this is when Abujar (RA) made a ditch in the land to carry water. At such a time when a person's foot falls on the ground in the ditch, he immediately sits down from the standing position. Shortly after that, he lies down on the ground. Then the man asked why you lay on the ground like this? Then he said, "I am circumcising my Messenger." And trying to control my anger.

Hatred is usually created when you can't take revenge on someone. That means if someone hurts you, hatred will be created between you until you take revenge. And because of that hatred you always try to take revenge on him. But it is a lot of swab to be patient without taking revenge in one's own hands.
Be patient if someone hurts you. And leave the matter of vengeance to Allah. Allaah will judge him correctly. However, if you want, you can also take equal revenge. It has legitimacy.
A man asked the son of Shah Waliullah (Rah) who is the greatest saint of this age?
He said go into the mosque and see three people in the corner of the mosque engaged in worship. You go to them and slap them one by one. Then come back to me.
The man went to the mosque as per his instructions and slapped the first person on the cheek. Then the man got up from his seat, then slapped him and his cheek.
Then he went to the second man and slapped him hard on the cheek. Then the man raised his head and looked at him, then bowed his head and engaged in worship again.
Then he went to the third person and slapped him on the cheek. Then the man stood up and took his hand and said, "Brother, you have beaten me. Didn't your hand hurt?"
Then the man returned to the son of Shah Waliullah (Rah). Then he related to her what had happened. He then replied that the third person was the greatest saint of the present age.
So, brothers, if we wish, we can express ourselves as the saints of Allah by suppressing our anger, without taking revenge, by having patience.
